Return Policy

Return Eligibility

At Uniquegiftae, we stand behind the quality of our modular storage solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made and made-to-order modular storage units are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. We work closely with our customers during the design and production process to ensure satisfaction. Please review all specifications carefully before finalizing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please do not use damaged items, as this may affect your return eligibility.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to notify us of your intent to return the item
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or finish, please contact us first. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for custom modifications.

Installation Services

If you have purchased installation services and are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of installation. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
